No Term. No Contract:
There is no term to this agreement between you or LesiClean Ltd. Economy recurring service clients can terminate their recurring service up to 5 Business days before the scheduled service without penalty. Premium recurring service clients can cancel at any time without penalty. LesiClean Ltd. reserves the right to cancel your service at any time.
Equipment and Supplies:
LesiClean Ltd provides its own cleaning supplies and equipment including vacuums, mops, and cleaning products. If you have specific products you want used, please leave it out for your cleaner to find and notify team@lesiclean.com prior to your visit.
Arrival Time:
Although LesiClean Ltd. works to provide consistency in service times and accommodate your requests, no time is guaranteed.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due in full within 7 days from invoice issued date. Acceptable forms of payment include credit card or e-transfer. Since cleaning is a very personalized and subjective service, LesiClean does not offer refunds to clients. If you are not happy please contact team@lesiclean.com to arrange for a cleaner to come back and do touch ups to areas requested free of charge within 48 hours.
Holiday Surcharge:
Holidays observed by LesiClean include New Year’s Day; Family Day; Good Friday; Victoria Day; Canada Day; Heritage Day; Labour Day; Thanksgiving Day; Remembrance Day; and Christmas Day.
LesiClean Ltd. reserves the right to charge time and a half (1.5x) on the base rate of a cleaning service that is performed or booked on an observed holiday.
Lockouts and last minute cancellations:
LesiClean Ltd. reserves the right to charge a lockout or late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the anticipated cleaning cost, when reasonable notice is not provided by the client prior to service. The anticipated cleaning cost will be based upon the average of the last one (1) to three (3) services or $100 if there is no history of service. This applies to all non-recurring services or unless otherwise indicated. A lockout is defined as the inability to access a property upon arrival.
Cancellations from us:
LesiClean Ltd. reserves the right to suspend or cancel a booking if there are problems with property access, water, electricity, or problems working around other contractors or service providers, as well as interference from any non LesiClean Ltd. party. You may be held liable for the full cost of the agreed service.
Accidents and Damages:
You are responsible for securing any items of value and commit to doing so prior to any LesiClean Ltd. scheduled service. In the event of unforeseen accidents or property damage caused by a LesiClean Ltd. team member, you are instructed to notify our office immediately. In the event an item is damaged or broken by our team, LesiClean will work to replace or repair the item. Please report all incidents to team@lesiclean.com within 24 hours of service.
Amendments:
LesiClean Ltd. reserves the right to make amendments to these conditions without prior notice. By requesting service by any means including telephone, email, facebook, text, booking form and or direct conversation - you accept that these terms and conditions are binding.
Licensed and Insured:
LesiClean Ltd. is an Alberta-based provider of cleaning services. LesiClean Ltd is fully licensed and insured with $2 million commercial general liability. All employees are covered by the Workers’ Compensation Board - Alberta (WCB). Polmax cares about the well being of its employees and actively works to provide its staff with a safe working environment through ongoing training and supervision. Certificate of insurance and WCB clearance letter available upon request.
